My name is Fiona and I received a phone message today from you regarding paint colour information. I just want to say "thank you" so much for taking the time to research the info and then to pass it on to me. I know how busy you must be and how valuable your time is, so to take the time to answer my questions is greatly appreciated! I have actually used that grey colour in my home, but it looked quite different is the photos. I'm convinced again that it is the correct colour choice for my next painting project. I enjoyed reading through your magazine and look forward to the next issue. Maybe in the future paint colours could be included in the articles? Just a thought. Anyway, thanks again and have a great day!
And thanks again the great customer service! I think I've become a little too jaded to how terrible customer service has become these days. I was telling my husband that I really didn't expect to hear back from you with the colour info, but that it was at least worth a try. And then you called the next day and it made me happy to think that some businesses still do care. Thanks for your time and consideration.
