2. CONTEST WINNER: One (1) winner will be selected by Our Homes Media Group Inc. from among all eligible entries received by Our Homes Media Group Inc. in Collingwood, Ontario at 11:00 a.m. EST on May 20, 2011. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible online entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. Only one winner will be selected by The Contest Judges consisting of Editorial Staff and contributors of Our Homes Media Group Inc.

The prize does include delivery to one Canadian address only, as supplied to Our Homes Media Group Inc. by the winner. Installation of new appliances and removal of existing appliances or any costs or expenses associated with the Prize will be the responsibility of the winner. Our Homes Media Group Inc. at its option, may substitute the Prize, or any component of the Prize, if unavailable or cannot be awarded for whatever reason, for equivalent value. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged or redeemed, in whole or in part, for cash or otherwise. Inability of the qualifying winner to accept any portion of the Prize shall result in the winner forgoing without compensation the portion of the Prize which cannot be taken as provided. Winner agrees that the Prize is being provided 'as is,' and Our Homes Media Group Inc. makes no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding the Prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner must look solely to the manufacturer(s) for any such warranties or guarantees. Selected entrants will be notified by email or phone. If any selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) business days or fails to complete and return the required Contest documents, he/she will forfeit the Prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected. Each selected entrant will be sent a declaration and release form by e-mail. In order to be declared a winner, you must sign the form return to Our Homes Media Group Inc., releasing Our Homes Media Group Inc. and the Sponsor from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of the entrant's participation in the Contest and receipt, use or misuse of the Prize, confirming compliance with the Contest rules, accepting the Prize as awarded and consenting to the use of his or her name, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by Our Homes Media Group Inc. or Sponsor in connection with this Contest. Declaration and Release form must be received by Our Homes Media Group Inc. within fifteen (15) days of delivery thereof to the selected entrant, failing which that entrant will be disqualified and Our Homes Media Group Inc. may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, select another entry from remaining eligible entries or, alternatively, may elect not to award the Prize.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority within their province/territory of residence excluding employees, families or affiliates (or those with whom they are domiciled) of Our Homes Media Group Inc. and the Sponsor.
5. GENERAL: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Contest judges, which shall be final on all matters relating to this Contest. All entries become the property of Our Homes Media Group Inc. and none will be returned. Our Homes Media Group Inc. and the Sponsor reserve the right to withdraw, terminate or modify this Contest or any portion of this Contest, or extend the deadline of this Contest, at any time without prior notice. Neither Our Homes Media Group Inc. nor Sponsor assume any responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries, or for technical difficulties of any kind resulting in the inability of a user to enter the contest. Our Homes Media Group Inc. will use the personal information you provide on the entry form to administer the Contest, to contact you if you are selected as the winner and to supply your name and contact information to Sponsor for the purpose of arranging delivery of the Prize, and publish your name and your submissions on its website or in its magazine.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid email account that may be identified by reverse domain name search.
