Reporting directly to the Publisher, the successful candidate will be a positive thinker who will:

• Possess superior listening skills as well as written, verbal, and telephone communication skills
• Be a Motivated Self Starter
• Own your own reliable vehicle and a Valid Drivers Licence
• Own your own fax machine
• Own your own computer and possess proficient computer skills and data base management skills (Excel)
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Engage in effective networking
• Grow advertising revenue through relationship selling, cold calling, new business development, and vertical markets
• Compile, complete and maintain accurate client contact lists and client profiles that must be updated and submitted on a frequent basis
• Have the ability to handle objections and negotiate win/win solutions
• Be available during regular business hours to meet with clients
• Be focused on developing and maintaining long-term business relationships
• Lead the entire sales process, from initial meeting, to closing the sale and assisting in development of creative ads, client advertising campaigns, to delivery of the printed magazines & website ads to clients
• Be prepared to professionally represent Our Homes magazine at all times
